360 seems to be like this?

I do know the 360 market shut down a while in the past. However I simply fired up my 360 and that i can't even entry films and TV reveals I bought again when the 360 was the present console. I do know with the shop closure you couldn't purchase new stuff, however I assumed you might at the least entry stuff you already bought. Is that this regular? Thanks for the assistance!
