how’s the effectiveness of a magnetic cooler (30w) in direction of the system with 2 sheet of layer high on it?(pores and skin + magnetic sticker)

I owned Xiaomi pad Mini and simply received the gamesir X5s + FX5 Cooler yesterday though I discover the cooler (wired/12w) kinda weak(it does cool your complete physique and body if the duty shouldn’t be intensive.

So, was pondering if 30w magnetic cooler will make it higher or wont get a lot impact as there can be 2 layers high on the tab's again (pores and skin + the magnetic sticker).
