Xbox one not signing into 360 profile

I’ve an Xbox one which I typically play 360 video games on. Right now I attempted to load in a 360 recreation as regular and it doesn’t matter what it received't let me register to load my recreation save. I've tried resetting the console, eradicating and readding my profile however nothing appears to be working. I not often ever play video games in any respect and there's virtually at all times some bizarre difficulty with this horrible xbox. The one motive I’ve it’s to play older video games in higher high quality however I'm in all probability simply gonna get rid and use my PS3 which by no means ever has dumb points like this
