Xbox Collection S controller LB and RB mechanism breaking

Hey so i’ve had a variety of points with the LB of my controller. I had two different controllers cease working due to it,

So on my third, when my LB stopped working once more, i opened up the controller and searched up a tutorial the way it works. Turns on the market’s a bit of plastic piece on the bumper a part of my controller that retains breaking, as proven within the image. And that plastic half that’s damaged is what truly touches the button for the LB enter.

Has engine else had this situation? Is there a particular kind of controller to purchase to stop this? Or a minimum of do you guys understand how i might go about getting new components for it?
