Anybody else has their display go like this with some video games? And if that’s the case, is there a approach to repair it?

I'm placing an image of Dawnlands bc it's the final recreation it occurred with, however not the one one. I recollect it occurred with Utopia: Origins and 100 Days too, if it helps. Worst half is, though the picture is lowered, the controls are within the regular place, which makes it a nightmare to attempt to play like this.
