4026 AD — The Journey of Emma and Koo

The protagonists of this story, Emma and Koo, meet in a land to the East.

Emma was born by “blight,” which has granted her the facility to control vegetation. Void of each reminiscence and emotion, Emma is shunned and feared by these round her, residing a lifetime of whole isolation.

Koo, alternatively, is what’s often known as a “malefact”: a creature that poses a dire menace to this world. Emma bears the burden of a “sealer,” a task that requires her to hunt these malefacts and soak up their blight into her personal physique.

Although their existences needs to be basically incompatible, the wheels of destiny start to show when Emma and Koo cross paths. Finally, their journey takes them to the far West, the place they need to confront the “Beast of Reincarnation”—the supply of all blight. On this world, the affect of the blight may cause the atmosphere to shift abruptly, reworking the panorama right into a dense, overgrown forest. These “blighted forests” are generated by the large malefacts often known as “Nushi.” Emma and Koo should battle their manner via these forests and the malefacts to take down the Nushi. To finally defeat the Beast of Reincarnation, Emma and Koo have to soak up the Nushi’s immense energy and purchase their respective abilities.
