Can anybody try to elucidate the tile image for Fallout 2 within the Xbox app?

I dunno if there’s some lore i’m lacking? perhaps an inside joke for hardcore gamers?

I reached out to GOG they usually mentioned it was all the way down to Xbox. I assumed this could be a part of the construct i downloaded from GOG. I've opened an Xbox help ticket every week in the past simply to see what it's about however have heard nothing in any respect to this point( which is to be anticipated i assume )
