Cloud Cellular Hotspot Gaming

I’ve been attempting to root and set up APKs on this hotspot system however have gotten nowhere. I do know it runs Android 8 and has horrible specs, however I would like a bit of undertaking. The os blocks USB knowledge switch; nonetheless, Fastboot works. It has no file supervisor, browser, or any picture/ digital camera apps. I’m able to entry stuff resembling app data for the Android system by holding down on the notification. I’ve gotten nowhere with that both.
