Did I discover a misplaced Xbox utility?

I used to be trying via my dad's outdated CD's and DVD's when I discovered a disk titled "Home windows CE Applications". I discovered an app named "XboxConnector". I put in the applying and it has a hyperlink to a web site "XboxConnector.com" which brings me to the Xbox web page. I can't discover a hint of this utility nor an archive of the web site. this file is dated 1/5/2003 8:09 AM. My dad used to work for Microsoft at the moment so it could be an app that was not public.
