Does Cellular Telephone Cooling Plate do something, or is it only a placebo/ineffective accent?

I'm planning to get a Black Shark Funcooler 4Pro for my OnePlus 12, and I've stumbled upon this Cellular Telephone Cooling Plate.

I'm questioning if the Cooling Plate will increase the Cooler's cooling space subsequently higher cools the telephone, or is it only a magnet for magnetic coolers?

(It says issues like will increase warmth dissipation and enhance the cooling impact of the radiator, is it true, or simply advertising and marketing?)
