RDR1 Dynamic Decision Points

I'm having troubles with decision with this recreation, everytime i tilt the digicam to a special route, the decision retains dropping from 1080p to 720p, Ive tried to tweak the graphics.xml to 1920×1080 with 60fps on my SD 8Gen2, turning dynamic decision off doesn't appear to work right here.

Does anybody have a workaround this or do i would like to simply accept the truth that 8Gen2 Isn't highly effective sufficient for contemporary gaming requirements?🥲
