Sequence X fan by no means stops & is loud, is that this regular?

I received this Console round Christmas of ‘24, & this actually has been bugging me ever since due to how loud this rattling fan is, so I’m questioning if this occurs to anybody or everybody else? I cant actually discover something on-line about this and have already tweaked some settings with no assist, the one factor Ive been capable of finding is learn how to shut the fan off AFTER its been turned off however I’ve gotta be actual this bugs the hell out of me on a regular basis as a result of its non cease.
