Anybody know what that is?

I’m in Louisiana on trip and was taken on a bayou tour. On the tour, the captain said that “Xbox is filming for a mission that will likely be launched throughout the subsequent week” he then proceeded to take us to the place filming was. There we noticed a pontoon boat with a foam alligator on the again of it. Does anybody know what recreation that is for??
