Console in a cellular sport?

I've been going city the reminiscence lane just lately and replaying video games I used to play as a child. Discovered this sport however the console is opening randomly. Console totally works btw. You may unlock all ranges, reset progress and so on… So far as I do know it's the primary cellular I've ever seen console in. Any thought why?
