Halo vs Gears factions

Hey everybody!

So after the Xbox Showcase, I’ve been watching a bunch of E:Day and Halo associated movies and it obtained me considering, who would win in an all out battle: The factions of the Halo (UNSC/Covenant/Flood/and so on.) or these of Gears (COG/UIR/Locust/Lambent/and so on.)

Now at first look I feel it’s fairly apparent that the factions of the Halo universe would come out on prime, attributable to their technological benefit alone. However nonetheless I feel I’d be enjoyable to take a position.
