Is The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay pretty much as good because the overview scores it has?

I simply rewatched Pitch Black, and I'm watching the others as nicely, as a lot as I hate the third one. And, I believed to myself: "Wasn't there a prequel to this made as a sport?" and whereas checking it out, I noticed it has very excessive overview scores. I used to be stunned, 'trigger I approached it with the concept that it was a clunky xbox movie-based sport. It's from 2004.

Has anybody truly performed it? Is it actually that nice? Do you suppose it nonetheless holds up?
