Naoki Hamaguchi has revealed that Sq. Enix‘s Inventive Studio 1 is creating the long-awaited Kingdom Hearts 4, the studio which he’s in control of. Hamaguchi beforehand mentioned that after Closing Fantasy Revelation he would most definitely be engaged on a JRPG and it appears prefer it’s Kingdom Hearts 4. The information was revealed by Mr. Hamaguchi in an interview with Deadline.
“By way of Sq. Enix and 2027, our President, Takashi Kiryu, says that subsequent 12 months is the large battle again for us, the place all the pieces turns round. And clearly, between Closing Fantasy VII Revelation and Kingdom Hearts IV, these are large titles which are going to push that. And each are being developed in my very own studio, Inventive Studio 1. So yeah, I’m actually pumped up now for that. That’s actually all on my watch now, so I’m going to be the man who’s pushing all that ahead.”
