Random round stains on Sequence X

Any Thought how I'd get these off?

I've tried isopropyl alcohol, window cleaner and LCD cleaner and the stains simply received't budge. The exhausting facet of a sponge is not any good, microfibre material isn't both.

It's in a TV unit about head peak to my canine so I think about it might be specks of canine saliva, however for the lifetime of me I can't get them out.
