"Knowledge" does not seem in my information after I need to copy/transfer a file in it

The title is just about self explanary, however, every time I attempt to copy/transfer a file in "information", the "information" folder doesn't even seems, and it does the identical for each information supervisor that I attempted. Does anybody know what's the issue?
