Energy Choices Settings Contradict Xbox’s FAQ For Routinely Updating Video games.

What’s the right option to get my video games to replace robotically? Does my console have to be in Sleep Mode AND have Hold My Video games and Apps Up To Date turned on? Or is it Shutdown mixed with conserving video games and apps updated?

The settings web page states that having the console in shutdown will assist computerized updates but the FAQ says totally different, I’m uncertain what settings to select to get this to work for me.
